Had the best experience at Tecovas in Nashville! I had been wanting to buy Tecovas for a few years now and finally had the opportunity. Megan helped me find the right size and narrow down which color I wanted and Jenny did the branding on my boots. Both Megan and Jenny were so amazing and so fun to talk to during the whole process. It was the best experience! Thank you both so much

She was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions, explained the differences between styles, and made the whole process so easy and fun. I’ve always looked forward to my first pair of Tecovas and because of her, I found the perfect pair of boots. I couldn’t be happier with them! I bought my first pair of Tecovas this week. Carter was superb! I knew I wanted The Dean with the side zipper. Carter coached me on getting the exact fit. I tried on two different sizes and selected the slightly snug fit boot. My foot “popped” right into the boot selected. Carter said that is exactly what is supposed to happen when a boot fits perfectly. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked where we could go for a nice dinner. Carter recommended “Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse”. Excellent choice! A patron even complimented me on the nice pair of boots I was wearing. Great experience! Thank you Tecovas & Carter.

If I could put 10 stars I would! I have to give the biggest shoutout to Katie and Rick who were extremely helpful, kind, and made the entire experience so special!!!! We are here for my bachelorette trip and they seriously just made everything so perfect and accommodating for us! Highly recommend this store and make sure to ask for Katie and Rick!!! 😊😊😊

Let me tell you I’ve never had a better boot experience! The girls were so amazing Ana helped me pick out what Abby boots I wanted. And Sarah was so amazing, she branded my boots and I love them and can’t wait to take them out dancing!

Such a great store and experience! Also had the opportunity to brand my boots so that I know they’re mine. Carter in particular knows his boot sizing and helped a girl struggling to take her boot off in seconds. Wade knows his music and boots. Great team here!

One of the things we cherish most as a couple is shopping during our vacations and finding special items to capture the memories of our trips. I’ve had my heart set on a pair of Tecovas for quite some time, so I was overjoyed when we finally visited a store where I could try them on. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming treatment we received as soon as we walked in. As I slipped on my first pair of boots, they kindly offered us a beer, which felt like the perfect touch to the experience. It truly made the moment even more memorable! I was overjoyed to leave the store with a beautiful new pair of boots. However, after wearing them for just a couple of hours, I noticed a defect in my left boot. I totally understand that such things can happen. I returned to the store, hoping for a simple fix or stretch. To my surprise, Madi, the manager, was incredibly kind and understanding. She insisted on exchanging the boots for me, which I initially felt guilty about after wearing them. But the warmth and exceptional customer service from every staff member truly touched my heart. Their dedication made me realize that I wanted to be a Tecova customer for life. I will definitely return for my future boot purchases!

Elizabeth helped me pick out my first pair of Tecovas, and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely attentive—not just with me, but with my entire family. We all felt so welcomed and taken care of from the moment we walked in. This experience was especially refreshing after a disappointing visit to the Tecovas location at Green Hills mall, where we weren’t even greeted or offered help. I’m so happy we chose to make a purchase at this location instead. I can’t wait to come back for a second pair! Huge thanks to Elizabeth and the entire staff for making it such a great experience.
